Located in the central region of Recife, on the banks of Capibaribe River where it meets the Atlantic Ocean and with easy access to other areas of the city, this 10 ha area will stage one of the largest real estate projects in recent times in the Northeast.

As a result of a partnership between the GL Empreendimentos, Ara Engenharia, Moura Dubeux Engenharia and Construtora Queiroz Galvão, the project includes the construction of residential, commercial and leisure properties, connected through a series of streets and green areas, fully integrated to the Recife Historic and Cultural Center and Recife-Olinda Waterfront.
