Occupying a site of 8.44 ha, the project has a total construction area of 106,321 sm with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 40,137 sm. It includes 2,500 parking spaces and 229 stores, including 215 satellite shops, 7 anchor stores, 4 retailers, 1 mini-anchor, food court, cinemas and an amusement center. With 20% of GL Empreendimentos participation, a total investment of R$ 200 million is planned and scheduled to open in October / November 2010, generating 1,000 jobs during construction and 3,000 jobs when operating.
